Anyone have any insight to this:
1) Set remote data source
2) Apply filters via the column header cell (do not filter the visible list - do this on the server)
3) Fetch the data
4) Update the grid - persist the filters values in the column header cells
Or another scenario
1) Set the filter values programmatically (e.g. column header filter cell values in the UI)
