Does the wx-lib-state library have a license?

First of all, thank you very much for creating such a fantastic open-source library!

I intend to fork the Svar Gantt code to make some adjustments. However, I've noticed that it uses the wx-lib-state library, which doesn't have a specific license. While I don't currently plan to modify wx-lib-state, I may need to if the situation requires it. Therefore, I want to clarify the license situation before proceeding with the fork.
