Search results view in Filemanager

Hello,

I am using the React Filemanager and I would like to ask whether it is possible to display search results in table view instead of cards view.

At the moment, I can set the default Filemanager mode to table, but when I use search, the results are still shown in cards layout. I was wondering whether there is any supported way, workaround, or internal setting to keep search results displayed in table mode as well.

Is there any trick for this, or is the search results view currently fixed to cards/search layout?

Hi sam,
Currently, this is by design. The Filemanager component displays search results in a cards layout by default, regardless of the view mode you set for the main file browser.
We will consider adding a configuration option in one of the future releases that would allow you to control the view mode for search results.
