save button in editor

why is there 'save' button in editor? it doesn't work, all the changes that you make in the editor are applied instantly and automatically. when you press 'save' button it just closes the editor, that's it, same functionality as the 'cross' button in the top left corner of the editor

Currently, both the "Save" button and the "Close" button in the editor serve a similar purpose: they allow users to exit the editor without making any explicit save action, as all changes are applied instantly.
